About MaltiCalculator
MaltiCalculator is a free website with 135 online calculators and everyday tools for students, professionals, developers and anyone who needs a quick answer.
What we do
We build simple tools that solve common problems: working out a loan EMI or SIP return, checking BMI, counting words, converting units, compressing a photo, formatting code or creating a strong password. Each tool opens instantly in your browser, without an account, an app or a download.
Every tool page also explains how the tool works. You will find step-by-step instructions, the formula or method used, a worked example and answers to common questions. We want you to understand the result, not just copy it.
How we build our tools
- Standard, published formulas. Finance calculators use the standard compound interest and annuity formulas. Health calculators use widely cited equations such as Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR and the U.S. Navy method for body fat.
- Tested before publishing. We check each tool against known example values and hand calculations.
- Processing on your device. Text, numbers and images you enter are handled by JavaScript in your own browser and are not sent to our server. The only exception is the IP Lookup tool, which must ask an outside service for your public IP address.
- One tool for one job. We do not publish near-identical copies of the same tool. If two tools overlap, we combine them.
Who the tools are for
Students use our math and science calculators to check homework. Families use the finance and health calculators to plan. Writers and bloggers use the text and SEO tools, and web developers use the formatters, converters and CSS generators every day.
