Quick photo adjustments without an app
Sometimes a photo is a little too dark, looks flat, or would simply look better in black and white. Installing a full photo editor for a small change takes time. This tool gives you the most useful adjustments and classic effects, with a live preview, right in your browser.
How to edit your photo
- Choose a photo from your device.
- Click a preset such as Black & white, Sepia or Vintage for an instant look.
- Fine-tune with the sliders. Changes appear immediately in the preview.
- Click Download edited photo to save a JPG copy. Your original file is not changed.
What each slider does
- Brightness makes every pixel lighter or darker. 100 percent is the original; 120 percent is a gentle brightening for underexposed photos.
- Contrast increases the difference between light and dark areas. A little extra contrast makes dull photos look crisper.
- Saturation controls how strong the colors are. 0 percent removes all color, and values above 100 make colors more vivid.
- Grayscale converts the picture to shades of grey for a classic black-and-white look.
- Sepia adds a warm brown tone that imitates old printed photographs.
- Blur softens the whole image. It is useful for backgrounds or for hiding details before sharing.
How it works
The tool uses the same filter functions that web browsers use for CSS effects. The filters are applied while drawing the photo onto a canvas at full resolution, so the downloaded file has the same width and height as your original.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Move the slider back, or click Original to reset every setting.
Is blur safe for hiding private information?
A light blur can sometimes be reversed. To hide numbers, names or faces properly, cover them with a solid shape in an image editor instead.
Does the tool keep my photo?
No. Editing happens on your device and nothing is uploaded or saved by us.
